Fragile Poppy
2007
This poppy managed to grow between the tiles in my garden.
Minutes after completing the sketches and making some photo's of it, it fell down.
It's roots weren't strong enough to keep it upright.
A beatifull flower, but very fragile. painted on Canvasboard
Next to a driveway
2006
Some flowers next to a driveway, walked past it nearly everyday.
Then one day It caught my eye, I just had to paint it.
